Samana, October 11, 2024 - Millennium World School, Samana, hosted a grand Dussehra celebration today, filled with cultural performances and valuable life lessons. The event was graced by Mr. Shivdeep Singh Brar, SHO Samana, as the Chief Guest, and Mr. Anmol Goyal as the Guest of Honor.

The celebration commenced with a captivating act by the students, showcasing the life of Lord Ram and the epic battle between Ram and Ravan, reflecting the essence of Dussehra. The students also presented speeches and dance performances related to the occasion, capturing the festive spirit and the message of the triumph of good over evil.

In his address, Dr. K.K. Johri, Chairman of the school, welcomed the guests and encouraged students to stay committed to their goals and uphold the path of truth. Mrs. Shalini Cajla, Principal of Millennium World School, emphasized the lessons from Ravan’s life, highlighting that despite being a highly educated individual, his arrogance led to his downfall.

Chief Guest Mr. Shivdeep Singh Brar motivated the students to maintain discipline and work hard to achieve success. His words resonated with the audience, leaving a lasting impact on the young minds. The event concluded with the burning of Ravan’s effigy, symbolizing the victory of good over evil, led by Mrs. Harvinder Kaur, the Vice Principal of the school.
