Millennium World School, Samana Celebrates Guru Purnima with Devotion and Gratitude.

“Guru is the light in the dark, the hope in despair, and the guide in every walk of life.” Dr. KK Johri

Millennium World School, Samana celebrated Guru Purnima with great reverence and enthusiasm on its campus. The event began with a soulful aarti performed by both students and teachers, followed by the traditional tilak ceremony. Students applied tilak to their teachers as a mark of respect and expressed their heartfelt wishes on the occasion of Guru Purnima.

The atmosphere was filled with devotion, as students acknowledged the invaluable role of their teachers in guiding, shaping, and inspiring their lives. Special cultural presentations and speeches by students highlighted the importance of the guru in Indian tradition.

Speaking on the occasion, Chairman Dr. K.K. Johri said, “A true teacher not only imparts knowledge but also shapes the character of the child. Guru Purnima reminds us to express our gratitude to these torchbearers of wisdom.”

Principal Mrs. Shalini Cajla added, “Today’s celebration was a beautiful gesture by our students, showing that the bond between teacher and student is sacred and everlasting. I am proud of the values our children are growing with.”

The event concluded with blessings from teachers and distribution of sweets among students.

Millennium World School continues to foster respect, tradition, and excellence through such meaningful celebrations.
